Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders until it has been dispatched. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. If your pack arrives damaged, leaking, or is not the item you ordered, raise a return request from the order page within the return window shown on your order, with a clear photo.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds to online payments are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer or UPI to the account you share with us. Your bank may take a few working days to show the amount.
